2. Description: Huge tree up to 45m in height and 1m in diameter.
Creamy White to Pale Straw. Straight grained and
featureless. Texture is fine and even. Growth rings
indistinct.

3. Uses Pattern making, wood carving, handcraft work, light
weight partitions, interior joinery and fitments. A
favourite with hobbyists. ( eg Grandfathers crafting
rocking horses for grand children) ( The main use for
the latex extracted from this tree is for the manufacture
of chewing gum)

* Easy to work with hand and machine tools.
* Finishes cleanly and smoothly.
* Takes nails and screws well.
* Can be glued easily. Takes stains, varnishes and
polishes very well.
* Latex duct no defect.
